I wanted to take this opportunity to tell you what a wonderful experience it has been to work with the entire staff at Spring Hill Press on the production of our city map.
From the onset of this project, we were very skeptical because we have had the very worst of luck with our map projects in the past. I admit that I was worried that members of our chamber that have advertised on previous maps and been disappointed would be hesitant to support this project. However, just the opposite has been proven. Your sales staff has been courteous and very sensitive to the questions of our chamber members and has done an excellent job of keeping me informed of their responses to your efforts throughout the entire process.
We received our maps yesterday and began to deliver them to our advertisers. Everyone that has seen the map thus far has been very complimentary of the service they received and the visual appearance of the map itself. It is truly beautiful and I am thrilled that it also has such a professional flare to complement its beauty. Without stepping foot in Boaz, Alabama you have perfectly portrayed our image.
This has been as painless as anything I have done! I appreciate you and the rest of the staff working with me on what could have been a daunting project.
We look forward to working with you and Spring Hill Press again in the future!

The maps arrived Thursday afternoon and I have delivered about 3000 to the agents… so by next week I will have gotten out between 4000 and 5000 maps to the Agents.
